Aldea Zamá is a calm and safe neighborhood with a lot of green and nature. Our concierge, will be receiving you with a big smile between 9:00 to 18:00 (self check-in is available) and will ​gladly to assist you with transportation from and to the airport, and with touristic activities, tours and private chef (additional cost) · Must climb stairs, apartment on 3Rd floor. · The parking is 100 meters away. · The pool is shared. Aldea Zamá has some of Tulum’s most updated infrastructure, yet being in a young developing area such as Tulum, there are still electricity or water outages every once in a while, or internet interferences. We do everything in our power to attend such problems when they occur.
