This magnificent open loft offers you one of the beautiful views of the Mexican Caribbean.
It has comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, a large smart TV, air conditioning, a sofa and an equipped kitchen.
*I have few apartments in the same building, in case that you come with a big group.
Ocean front building located next to 12th street (club street) and steps away from the 5th av. were you will find restaurants, bars and shops.
The building is a 3 minutes walking to a swimmable beach

1st room - 2 double zise bed
2nd floor - loft (completely open): 1king size bed (suite - ocean view).

Ocean Plaza is located in a prime Ocean front location, walking distance to anywhere in town. Absolutely no car needed.
Our concierge will gladly assist you with transportation from and to the airport, and with touristic activities.
Parking onsite is free and subject to availability. There are 6 double parking spots for a total of 12 cars, shared between 20 condos. Since most guests do not have cars, there’s usually plenty of parking spots available. On holiday seasons that might change of course.
We are in one of the best locations in the Riviera Maya, with easy access to the beaches, of course we must mention that we are a few steps from the famous Fifth Avenue in Playa del Carmen, where you can find bars, restaurants and many beautiful places
Due to the location you can move to almost any place on foot, the area has access to the beach and some shops
For long-distance transfers, the concierge can support you with the transportation service
This is an ocean front building!
·The building has a common pool from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and guard at all night.
·The elevator in the building has capacity for 3 people
· There is massage tent on the beach.
· There is parking boats in front of the building, the beach isn't swimmable.
· The beach is small.
· The building is close to the club’s street, could be noisy.
· The beach can be changed over and over again (larger/smaller with or without seaweed).

Loved this spot!
Really enjoyed our stay here. Location is perfect and the layout of the place is really awesome. The view from the loft was an awesome feature too. I was working while I was here and the desk upstairs provided the coolest view while working! I would definitely book this place again, our host Albino was helpful with anything we requested or asked. Definitely do not hesitate to book this stay, you will not be disappointed!
