Ocean Plaza is located in a prime Ocean front location, walking distance to anywhere in town. Absolutely no car needed. Our concierge will gladly assist you with transportation from and to the airport, and with touristic activities. Parking onsite is free and subject to availability. There are 6 double parking spots for a total of 12 cars, shared between 18 condos. Since most guests do not have cars, there’s usually plenty of parking spots available. On holiday seasons that might change of course. This is an ocean front building! ·The building has a common pool from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and guard at all night. ·The elevator in the building has capacity for 3 people · There is massage tent on the beach. · There is parking boats in front of the building, the beach isn't swimmable. · The beach is small. · The building is close to the club’s street, could be noisy. · The beach can be changed over and over again (larger/smaller with or without seaweed).
