Beachfront building located on one side of 12th street (club street) steps from 5th avenue. where you will find restaurants, bars and shops. The building is a 3-minute walk from a swimmable beach. Just 2 minutes walking distance to the 5th avenue and the night life of Playa del Carmen. · Free 100 mb WiFi & cable. · Free cold & hot drinking water. • Bath towels. · A/C in each bedroom & living room. · Large smart TV in living room. 1st floor: 1st room - 2 single beds. 2nd Floor: 2nd room - 1 king size bed and 1 futon (suite - ocean view). 3rd room - 1 king size bed. Ocean Plaza is located in a prime Ocean front location, walking distance to anywhere in town. Absolutely no car needed. Our concierge will gladly assist you with transportation from and to the airport, and with touristic activities. Parking onsite is free and subject to availability. There are 6 double parking spots for a total of 12 cars, shared between 18 condos. Since most guests do not have cars, there’s usually plenty of parking spots available. On holiday seasons that might change of course. This is an ocean front building! ·The building has a common pool from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and guard at all night. ·The elevator in the building has capacity for 3 people · There is massage tent on the beach. · There is parking boats in front of the building, the beach isn't swimmable. · The beach is small. · The building is close to the club’s street, could be noisy. · The beach can be changed over and over again (larger/smaller with or without seaweed). Please enjoy the place and treat it as if it were yours.

L'appartement est superbe!! idéalement situé à 2 minute de la Quinta Ave et en même temps suffisamment éloigné du bruit. les vues de la chambre principale, du salon et du roof top sont magnifiques. Très spacieux et très confortable, je recommande les yeux fermé!!

We were really looking forward to our stay at this condominium. We weren’t disappointed. The place was immaculate. The views from every floor spectacular. We were a family of 7 including teenagers and older. They loved it as well. We were within a 5-10 min walk from shops and restaurants or a walk on the beach. Super convinient. We were able to schedule transportation for different activities we had lined up. There was no need to rent a car really. We will be back for sure!
