Exceptional Location in Playa del Carmen
My stay at THE CLASSIC TWO in Playa del Carmen was overall a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely amazing, with a privileged view of the ocean that’s hard to beat. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, and upon arrival, everything was spotlessly clean. Check-in and access to the property were seamless, and the staff at the complex were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. While not having a working elevator might be disappointing for some, it wasn’t an issue for me personally. That said, the stairs could benefit from better lighting — though they were illuminated, a bit more brightness would add to the safety and convenience. The apartment is very well-equipped and complete, but it could use a little bit of TLC to bring out its full potential. My main concern was the air conditioning — given the apartment’s size and the amount of glass surrounding it, the existing AC units weren’t quite enough to keep the space cool during the day. Despite this, I would definitely consider staying at another Zama Homes property in the future. The staff were attentive, efficient, and always available to address any questions or concerns I had, which made my stay all the more enjoyable.

Amazing Family Vacation
We had the BEST time at the Magia Condominiums. The condo itself was very clean, so spacious and beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning looking at and listening to the ocean. The kids loved the pools and that there was internet access for their devices. It was also great that they have a smart TV, allowing us to access our Netflix account from there. The cherry on top was getting to work with Alex. He truly was fantastic! We’ve stayed in a lot of condos over the years and he’s been our best contact person, hands down. Any little thing that we needed help with, he was on it immediately. He was so polite, accommodating and has the best sense of humour. We also loved the extra little touches he did for us to make our stay the best it could be. Mission accomplished Alex! We cannot wait to go back and hope we will still have Alex to work with when we do 😊.
